We will enter your home into our marketing/information system. The website is user-friendly and although it lists all properties on the market in Triangle MLS, it shows and highlights the HTR listings on top.

We will enter your home’s information on REALTOR.com, the nation’s largest real estate web site as well as at least eight other national web sites.

We will place a lock box on your property to increase showings and provide you with the security of knowing who has shown your home.

Warranty

We will cover you as seller, at no cost, for a one-year warranty, which will be in effect during the listing period. If the buyer requests the one-year warranty, we will pay the fee from our commissions, unless we have to give other concessions at closing.
